Everyone I spoke to or had dealings with was really professional. I would really like to thank Pete and Jessica for all that help. Kim was an amazing Lender. She was very understanding of our situation and willing to work with us with any changes we had. She communicated effectively with us and never left us uninformed of what was going on in the process. She answered questions and was always available by phone if we needed help with anything. She always completed paperwork in a timely manner and if she didn't know the answer she would get back to us quickly once she did find the answer. She helped make a stressful situation easier. We will definitely be going through Kim again if we ever need another lender.
